4. Premium billing

Premium is $4.99/month or $49/year (both billed on that cadence until you cancel), or $99 once for lifetime access. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders — Paddle handles your payment details, billing inquiries and returns directly, and is the merchant on your card statement; ModeAlert never sees or stores your card number.

• You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Settings — you keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account reverts to Free (your data isn't deleted, tracking above the Free limit just pauses).
• Not happy with Premium? Email support@modealert.appwithin 7 days of being charged for a full refund, no questions asked.
